The Hornet Legacy Foundation is a charitable and educational organization dedicated to supporting the students, teachers, and staff of Flour Bluff Independent School District. Our mission is to strengthen and enhance the resources available to the district, ensuring that every campus can attract and retain exceptional educators and provide students with the tools they need to succeed.
We work to:
• Supplement funds for salaries and wages of teachers, staff, contractors, and support personnel across all Flour Bluff ISD campuses.
• Offer grants to overcome budget shortfalls and enhance the district’s ability to attract and retain dedicated personnel.
• Support programs and services that promote excellence throughout Flour Bluff ISD schools.
Our funding comes from generous contributions by families, local businesses, community organizations, other foundations, grants, and visitors. Through community-driven fundraising and partnerships, we turn collective support into tangible results for our schools.
In addition to meeting current needs, the Hornet Legacy Foundation is committed to building a long-term investment strategy that will provide sustained support for the district for years to come. This forward-looking approach ensures that today’s contributions will have an enduring impact, leaving a legacy that benefits future generations of Hornets.
