Charlie Knoll has proudly called Flour Bluff and Padre Island home for more than 40 years. Originally from a small town in Iowa, Charlie has deep roots in the Coastal Bend and is passionate about serving the community where he lives, works, and raises his family.
Charlie has been married to his wife, Christi, for 25 years. Together they have two sons, Caleb and Carter, who have kept them actively involved in the community and local schools over the years.
Professionally, Charlie serves as a Broker Associate and Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Island Escapes, a family-owned real estate company. He is also a co-owner of Padre Escapes and Port A Escapes, helping visitors and families create memorable experiences along the Texas coast.
A dedicated community leader, Charlie has served the local real estate industry in numerous leadership roles with the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors, including Director, Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, and President in 2015. He has also contributed his time and expertise through service on the Island Strategic Action Committee (ISAC) and the Padre Island Business Association (PIBA). Today, Charlie continues his commitment to the community as a member of the Hornet Legacy Foundation, supporting initiatives that enhance opportunities for students, educators, and families in Flour Bluff ISD.
